Banneker Communities and H & H Development Group are two local CBE, minority-owned and led companies that will serve as the development partners. The Design Team will be led by CBE certified firm GTM Architects of Washington, DC whose principals bring more than 30 years of transformative residential design experience, along with award-winning Perkins&Will who will lead the design for the new library and community center.
